Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ serves the Jewish community in Essex, Morris, Sussex, Union, and parts of Somerset County. Reporting to the CFO, the Database Administrator/IT Manager is the organizational lead for CRM and data management, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and strategic use of the Blackbaud donor database. This position will lead the current CRM conversion from Blackbaud CRM to Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT and works closely with an outside IT vendor.
Schedule: Hybrid — in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily work of the Data Management team and standardize CRM data entry, training staff on procedures • Produce mailing lists, pledge cards, acknowledgement letters, quarterly donor statements, annual tax substantiation statements, and ongoing reports • Manage CRM security roles on the principle of least privilege, and terminate access in accordance with HR terminations • Facilitate all year-end activities and processes related to the CRM database and financial operations • Manage system conversion and enhancement projects, including change management and backup planning • Work with the Fundraising and Development team and Director of Philanthropy on donor strategy, tracking, and reporting • Oversee daily IT desk support related to the CRM, and research and implement systems and software for process improvement
Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience managing an organizational CRM database preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; experience with Blackbaud products, Power BI, or Microsoft Power Applications preferred • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work on multiple projects with shifting priorities • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity • M365 administration experience and knowledge of nonprofit fundraising preferred
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 plus benefits
