The Culture Assistant reinforces the routines and norms that help students succeed during lunch, recess, transitions, dismissal, and other shared moments, and collects behavioral data for the school's GameTime program.

Schedule: Adjusted 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. day, to support dismissal, after-school behavioral interventions, and data entry.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • Experience working with children in schools, after-school programs, camps, childcare, or youth activities • Interest in supporting students with higher behavioral needs • Ability to build relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and consistent expectations • Attention to detail and comfort with data collection and entry • Ability to obtain all required clearances; experience with students with disabilities and First Aid/CPR certification preferred

Salary: $35,000 - $40,000
