Compensation:
$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
• Open 5am-10pm on weekdays; seeking opening and mid-day shifts • Open 7am-8pm on weekends; flexible weekend hours
Responsibilities:
• Greet members and guests when they arrive and leave • Answer and manage the primary Shalom Austin telephone line • Register members and guests for programs • Assist members with policies and procedures • Manage member payment updates at check-in and over the phone • Help set up tours and assist guests transitioning to new memberships • Stock, clean and straighten the welcome desk, living room, J Cafe and courtyard • Stay informed about campus events and changes • Support other member experience departments as needed
