The Foundation to Combat Antisemitism seeks a Community Partnerships Manager to serve as the operational lead for the Partnerships function, ensuring partnership initiatives, organizational engagement activities, and community relationships are executed effectively in support of the mission. The role anticipates organizational needs, manages competing priorities, exercises independent judgment, and ensures commitments are carried through to successful completion.
Responsibilities: • Manage the partnership infrastructure within Salesforce, ensuring integrity and strategic use of partner records, engagement history, and reporting • Develop, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with Jewish community organizations, advocacy groups, and other external stakeholders • Expand the community partnership network by identifying and cultivating emerging aligned organizations • Monitor key partner events and maintain a cross-functional calendar for leadership, recommending participation • Manage partner communications and engagement activities in collaboration with Marketing • Research and evaluate emerging trends within the Jewish community and the broader antisemitism landscape • Evaluate inbound partnership inquiries and develop executive briefing materials for partner meetings and visits
Qualifications: • 4–6 years of relevant experience; bachelor's degree in operations, project management, or commensurate experience preferred • Extremely organized and proactive, able to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment • Strong verbal and written communication with entry- through senior-level audiences • Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite • Passion for bridge building and standing up to antisemitism and hate of all kinds; experience within the Jewish community preferred
Salary: $80,000–$120,000. Based in Foxborough, Massachusetts; remote work is not available.
