Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Team, the Chief Development Officer leads itrek's fundraising strategy and resource development efforts, securing the philanthropic support necessary to sustain and grow the organization's $15M+ annual budget through both institutional and individual giving. The CDO will drive growth in major-gifts-focused individual giving to complement itrek's historic strength in institutional giving.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic, comprehensive fundraising plan supporting a $15M+ annual operating budget • Lead institutional and individual giving strategies, including engagement with foundations, major donors, and philanthropic partners • Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, including high-capacity relationships; partner with the CEO on top-tier donor strategy • Oversee the strategy and execution of donor and prospect cultivation events • Lead and manage a four-person development team, setting clear goals, performance metrics, and fundraising priorities • Partner with the CEO, Board Chair, and Chair of the Board's Development Committee on board engagement

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience; 7+ years of development staff management experience • Demonstrated frontline major gift success at the six- to seven-figure level or greater • Track record leading multi-channel fundraising strategies across individual and institutional giving • Superb verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Authentic connection to and passion for itrek's mission

Salary: $190,000 to $240,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include generous vacation covering Jewish and American holidays with early Friday closure for Shabbat, two weeks annually of 'Work from Anywhere,' a wellness stipend, paid sick and parental leave, medical/vision/dental plans, and a 5% company match on 401(k).

Note: Strong preference for candidates based in the New York metro area; hybrid work with two office days per week in Midtown Manhattan.
