JCFS Chicago seeks a Case Manager I to provide comprehensive, person-centered case management services.
Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze client data, match services to needs, and formulate service plans • Assist with public-benefit applications; accompany clients to medical and benefits appointments • Coordinate referrals for employment, English-language, legal, and other services • Maintain records and manage emergency situations
Requirements: Bachelor's in Social Work or related human-services field preferred (or equivalent experience); valid Illinois driver's license and reliable vehicle; flexible schedule including some evenings/weekends; Microsoft Office proficiency. Fluency in an additional client language preferred.
Compensation starts at $48,000/year plus medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, 6 weeks paid parental leave, and paid Jewish holidays.
