Job Description

Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is an award-winning, nonprofit, nonsectarian human services organization founded in 1943 — the largest provider of licensed outpatient community behavioral health services in Westchester County, delivering innovative programs and compassionate care to more than 20,000 people each year.

We are seeking a full-time Social Worker to join our Mobile Mental Health Family Matters Program — an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about children's mental health and community-based services.

Compensation: $60,000-$75,000, determined by licensure, plus a $5,000 differential for bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency.

Responsibilities: • Provide clinical and case management services in community-based settings including homes, schools, and off-site locations • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and required reports • Collaborate with community partners, schools, and service providers to ensure coordinated care • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Social Work or related clinical field • Eligible for or in possession of NYS licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LMHC) • Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license; ability to travel to community sites • Experience working with youth with mental health needs • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Strong communication skills and ability to work with culturally diverse populations
