The Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ seeks a Marketing Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders requesting marketing support for programs, events, and initiatives. The role manages project intake, scope, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and expectations from initial request through final delivery and post-project review, turning strategy into clear, actionable plans.
Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for marketing initiatives, from intake and scoping through delivery and review • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, task assignments, approval steps, and dependencies in Basecamp and related tools • Coordinate integrated projects across email, digital, print, social media, website, video, and event channels • Identify risks, bottlenecks, missed deadlines, and scope changes before they affect delivery; escalate and recommend solutions • Facilitate status meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and distribute follow-up actions • Track project status, deadlines, workload, and completion rates and report to the Marketing team • Use email platforms such as MailChimp to create, test, and send emails
Qualifications: • 3–5+ years in marketing project management, marketing operations, account management, or a closely related role • Experience in a marketing, communications, or agency environment • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Basecamp or Monday.com • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage a high volume of active projects with strong attention to detail • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Salary: $70,000. Full time, hybrid — in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
