BBYO is the Jewish community's largest and fastest-growing pluralistic platform for reaching and inspiring Jewish teens, supporting over 700 local, teen-led chapters across more than 50 countries.
The BBYO Center for Adolescent Wellness (CAW) helps ensure that youth-serving organizations — camps, schools, JCCs, after-school programs — are places where adolescents thrive mentally, emotionally, and socially. The Center writes policy and provides training to youth-serving organizations across the country.
BBYO is looking for an innovative, self-starting intern to join the Center beginning September 2026. The ideal candidate can work independently, is hardworking and eager to learn, and has a passion for mental health. BBYO will work around your college schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Create, edit, and deliver BBYO CAW training on new topics • Research mental health trends and important updates • Research and reach out to potential BBYO CAW clients • Support BBYO CAW's social media • Support moving CAW's client resource management to Airtable • Handle data collection and entry from CAW trainings and support International Convention compliance
Qualifications:
• College-age student passionate about growing skills in the mental health field • Creative, detail-oriented, responsible self-starter comfortable working collaboratively and taking initiative • Proficient with Microsoft Office and SurveyMonkey; strong data-entry skills required • Comfortable working in a virtual setting with team members across U.S. time zones • Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship
Pay: $15+ per hour, based on location and experience.
Hours: 15 hours per week, September 2026 – December 30, 2026, with potential to extend.
